• United States only (for now).

• Rates: Flat $3.95 on orders under $20. Free shipping on orders $20+.

• Production time: Most items are made to order and ship in 2-5 business days.

• Transit time: Typically 3-8 business days once shipped.

• Tracking: Emailed as soon as your order leaves the facility.

• Multiple items: Your order may ship in separate packages (no extra cost).

Returns & Exchanges

• We’re print-on-demand, so each item is made just for you.

• Defects or misprints: We’ll replace it - email support@fortunefavorsthebald.com within 30 days of delivery with photos.

• Wrong size or change of mind: We offer exchanges on unworn items within 30 days; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact support@fortunefavorsthebald.com to start an exchange.

• Final sale: Stickers and gift cards are final sale unless defective.

Order changes & cancellations

• We move fast. If you need to change or cancel, email support@fortunefavorsthebald.com right away. If production has started, we may not be able to modify the order.

Lost or stolen packages

• If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with household members or neighbors, then contact the carrier. Still stuck? Email support@fortunefavorsthebald.com and we’ll help.
