When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping within the United States usually adds another 3 to 8 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $6.95 for orders under $50. Orders $50 and up ship free.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are focused on the United States for now.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there is a defect or misprint, we will replace it. Email support@fortunefavorsthebald.com within 30 days and include photos.

Can I exchange a size?

Unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days. Return shipping for size exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. Email us to start the process.

My package says delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?

First check with neighbors and anyone in your household. If the carrier marked it delivered and it cannot be located, email us and we will help however we can.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will try to make the change or cancellation.
